Refund policy

This Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. 

To comply with the refund please ensure you have processed a refund request in line with our Refund policy.


Cancellation Time Frame

You have a cooling off period which is 14 days after you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and paid for the services.

If you have paid in advance (before the first day of the course), you can still make a claim within the following Time Frame:

  • To claim a Refund for the After-School business classes course you should submit a request at least 72 hours before the start of the course.

  • To request a refund for the Holiday Business Camp, you must submit your request at least 7 calendar days prior to the start of the camp.

  • To cancel your subscription and request a refund for the Weekend Business School, you must submit your request at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the course.

This is due to the fact that the procedure for organising and filling places for courses and organisational preparation for the semester is a time-consuming and costly process for the company, involving marketing and promotion costs.


If your child is unable to attend only a few sessions of a course but would like to attend the remaining sessions, please contact Administration (email to the or text a message on 07442712551 and let us know) and we will help resolve your issue by offering alternative options, e.g. offering you a voucher to attend future sessions or adding your child to another group to cover the material that was missed. Alternatives may be offered if the reason for the child's absence is compelling.


Once we have received the request from you, or once we have agreed to a refund, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds usually take 2 to 3 business days for the funds to go through, depending on your card provider. 


Cancelling a Refund request

If you've changed your mind about a refund, it's easy to cancel your request. Email to the or text a message on 07442712551 and let us know, if we manage to resolve the issue with you the agent may also close your request (with your agreement the matter is resolved).


Misuse of returns

Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and ourselves. If we decide that a customer is misusing the Alpha+ Kids Refund policy unintentionally or otherwise they may be subject to a range of actions, including account suspension, cost deductions for administration time fees and rejection of refund requests fees. Examples of misuse of our policy include:

  • Selecting an inaccurate reason for refund request  

  • Disregarding conditions required for a return  

  • Requesting an excessive number of refunds  

  • Disregarding return time frames required for a refund
