Dear Alpha+ Kids Business School customer,
Please read this information and show your understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions below.
Alpha+ Kids Business School operates both term time and during most school holiday periods.
All our staff are trained and have valid Enhanced DBS check, Safeguarding and First Aid Training certificates. To check the documents, please contact Alpha+ Kids Business School manager.
For children to attend any session, parents/carers will need to have completed the registration online before being able to make any bookings.
Places for After School Business classes, HAF Term Holiday Business camp and Weekend Business school will need to be reserved and requested via the http://alphapluskids.com/ website using the online booking system.
As for Alpha+ Kids Business School it is essential that your kid achieve the targeted education results and complete the course in full.
There are three types of education curriculum providing:

After-School Business classes could be booked for a full course and usually include from 5 to 8 sessions.

HAF Term Holiday Business camp – could be booked for a 1 or 2 weeks of attendance. For booking 1 day attendance please contact the Administration to check the availability. Privileges are always given to 1 and 2 week subscriptions, as only in this case your child will fully absorb the learning materials and achieve results in learning.

Weekend Business school – could be booked in 3 different plans due to the duration:

Standart - 4 weeks attendance (18 hours)

Silver - 8 weeks attendance (36 hours)

Gold - 16 weeks attendance (72 hours)

Schedule: Morning Sat/Sun 10:00-14:30

Alpha+ Kids Business School will welcome and return all children at the start and end of sessions. Collection of children will only be allowed to named contacts such as parents/carers (or a password may also be used) to ensure safeguarding at point of hand over is secure and connects to the appropriate adults.
Please ensure that online registration is complete and all consents/permissions are checked before session.
PLEASE NOTE: AT THE CURRENT MOMENT SCHOOL IS NOT PROVIDED MEAL DEAL. PLEASE, PACK YOUR KID’S LUNCH WITH HIM.
After School Club
Age group: Year 4 & Year 5 & Year 6 children
During term time, Year 4 & Year 5 & Year 6 children are supervised to and from their classes.
Schedule: once a week by schedule, 15:30-17:00
Snack: At the current moment school is not provided meals. Please provide packed snacks to your child.
HAF Term Holiday Business camp
Age group: Year 4 & Year 5 & Year 6 children
Schedule during school holidays time: 5 days a week by schedule, Mo-Fri, 09:00-16:00. Early drop-in and drop-off should be booked additionally.
Brunch/Lunch/Snack: At the current moment school is not provided meals. Please provide packed snacks/lunch to your child.
Weekend Business School
Age group: Year 4 & Year 5 & Year 6 children
Schedule during school term: 1 day a week (4,5 hours) by schedule. The classes take place on Saturdays or Sundays in 2 different possible schedules: from 10:00 till 14:30 or from 15:00 to 19:30 (please check the availability with Administration). Early drop-in and drop-off should be booked additionally.
Brunch/Lunch/Snack: At the current moment school is not provided meals. Please provide packed snacks/lunch to your child.
BILLING, INVOICING and PAYMENTS
Parents will need to provide/update details for each individual child during the registration process (and updated as/when required) to meet insurance, safeguarding and appropriate care expectations.
All bookings will be secure and are payable in advance, on regular payment depending on the subscribed package.
Recurrent subscriptions
Invoicing to parents/carers will happen in advance where payment must be received into the school bank account at least 14 days before the first session from the subscribed package.
Payments will need to be made via online payment system / Bank Transfer / Cheque in advance into the school bank account.
Any notice of changes to bookings will need to be given in advance, in writing (email is acceptable) at least 72 hours before session to the School Administration on alphapluskids@gmail.com.
To maintain the accuracy of our registers for each session, please notify the School of any absence or illness by phone on 07442712551 or email on alphapluskids@gmail.com.
Weekend Business School (only) annual subscription
From 1st September each year, a registration fee of £20 will be payable annually, per child.
This includes all expenses for the all handover materials during the year.
Cancellation rights
You have a cooling off period which is 14 days after you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and paid for the services.
If you have paid in advance (before the first day of the course), you can still make a claim within the Time Frame, explained in the Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy is a part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions.
To comply with the refund please ensure you have processed a refund request in line with our Refund policy.
Behaviour at Alpha+ Kids Business School
The Behaviour Policy is a part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions.
While at school, all children must follow the Behavior Policy. Parents should help their children support this Policy and encourage them to follow the Alpha+ Kid's code of honour.
